Frank Barbeite
Frank Barbeite is a consultant in the Traversa Atlanta office. His focus is on the development of human capital processes and tools, including selection system validation, building and validating individual assessment tools, 360-feedback surveys, and employee surveys and job analysis. Immediately prior to joining Traversa, Frank worked on employee survey and exit interview projects at an international research and consulting firm. Other projects include designing and validating a bilingual online assessment tool of personality and cognitive ability for managerial and executive screening, designing and implementing 360-feedback surveys, and choosing and validating selection tools for client selection systems. He has also built a client's competency library by conducting job analysis, and identified competencies for online pre-screening and structured interviews. In addition, Frank has assisted an international home improvement retailer conduct assessment centers for district manager positions.
Frank completed a bachelor's degree in psychology from Barry University, and a master's degree in psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is currently completing his doctorate in applied psychology at Georgia Tech.
