Dr. Nancy da Silva

Nancy Da Silva has been at San Jose University since 2000 and currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in quantitative methods. She also has been serving as the I/O Psychology Graduate Program Coordinator since 2003. She has been thesis chair to over 20 masters theses and on the committee of numerous others. She actively engages both undergraduate and graduate students in her research and has had over 25 research assistants over the last six years. She has received over ten internal grants and scholarships at San Jose University and has published in the areas of organizational learning and innovation.

Dr. Da Silva received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology from the University of Houston in 2000 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 1994.
