Ellen McGinnis

Ms. McGinnis specializes in process facilitation and team optimization. She has helped dozens of teams face complex business challenges. Her approach involves a variety of assessment methodologies followed by development of action commitments and implementation of new team behaviors.

Ellen has also participated and co-led change management initiatives for her employers and clients. Her experience ranges from the concepts, tools, and methods necessary to lead a successful change effort from culture transformation, business process rewiring, merger/acquisition, and implementation of enterprise resource planning IT systems.

She brings fifteen years experience in the financial services and high-tech industries. Her areas of expertise have been sales, marketing, business development and strategic consulting. Ms. McGinnis began her career at William Blair & Company, a regional Investment Bank in. Later, she completed General Electric Capital's Financial Management program and was a top producer in the Midwest region selling asset-based lending instruments for GECC.

Ellen began her career in technology at Saba Software. She was charged with focusing on sales operations and created a sales support center in addition to leading the internal implementation of eCRM software for the company. Her most recent position was Director of Marketing and Alliances for ACS Application Management Services, a Fortune 500 company where she was responsible for alliance programs with key companies such as IBM Global Services, Sun Microsystems, SAP, and Oracle.

Ms. McGinnis holds a BA in English from University of Dayton. Her graduate studies include a Certificate in Organizational Psychology and an MA in Consciousness Studies from JFK University in Pleasant Hill, CA. She is a qualified administrator of the MBTI (Myers Brigg's Trust Indicator) and a certified instructor for Situational Leadership TM.
